WATER TRAINING AUSTRALIA (RTO)
Bringing together industry to validate and review learning resources and RPL assessments.

Water Training Australia annually brings together all trainers and assessors for the main focus of professional developement workshop which includes the presentation of a number of activities to improve our performance and ultimately the satisfaction of our clients.

The team reviewed the ASQA Audit Report and the roles and requirements for RTO's, Trainers and Assessors. We invited a representative from another RTO to an informal discussion and information sharing activity.

We reviewed the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations and the impact on Training & Assessment. We are privileged to work alongside some of the leaders in the Water Industry and develop plans to improve our own expertise in training and assessment.

The result: A more informed group of professionals with the knowledge of the ASQA requirements for learning and assessing.
